Cancellation Policy:You may cancel your order free of charge only if it has not yet entered the preparation stage. Please contact us immediately at +20 100 4256393 to request a cancellation. Once the order has been prepared, we cannot accept cancellations.
Return & Refund Policy:Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we generally do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been prepared and shipped.
- Incorrect, Damaged, or Substandard Orders: If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or substandard item, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery. We may require photo evidence for our investigation. We will review the case and, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer or another agreed-upon method.For online payments (Visa, MasterCard, Meeza), the refund will be credited back to the original card or account used for the purchase.
